  • Create a general README for the whole repo
  • Remove the tutorial13/planning.md document (maybe copy it somewhere)
  • Refactor the tutorial13/tutorial13_abstract.md into a nice README.md
  • Create folders and mark down files for part 1 and part 2

the tutorial13_readme exists now but can still made nicer. We have to think how much overlap we want to have on the genereal event page: https://events.fairmat-nfdi.eu/event/18/overview . Do we just link from the event page to the github repo or do we duplicate the content there as well?
