Went through changes needed for MR 1385

DONE Move end_time property from Activity down to Process.
DONE Add comment property to ActivityStep.
DONE Remove activities property from Experiment ans instead add ExperimentStep(ActivityStep) with property activity which is a reference to an activity.
DONE Remove ActivityReference class.
DONE Add lab_id property to EntityReference class. Add normalizer that fills one form the other.
DONE Add information about UML class diagrams (Cardinality)
DONE Add samples property to Process.
DONE Change label of BasicAnalysisResult
DONE Update docs to reflect changes
