We tentatively plan to discuss:

• Area C migration of run section into data section
• Collaboration on basesections.py and maintaining backwards compatibility
• Workflow creation

• We have to think about how the normalization is run. We might need the possibility to not run normalizers in a subsection.
• Functionality could be moved from parsers in normalizers to allow customization in the schemas.
• Move static methods to "utils" module within each python module.
• In area A the results normalization is run in the base section normalizers.
• Base sections for now meant to be top level,. Formalize this somehow?
• Methods/recipe as a separate entity or at least a section
• Discussion on combining analysis and computation -> To be continued in a separate meeting
• Sebastian raised the point of "Sample History" card, basically a way to show how entities are being referenced by activities (see gitlab issue 1696) -> To be continued in a separate meeting

Tasks

• Have a meeting for Analysis/Computation
• Have a meeting on SampleHistory (entity references overview card)
• Clarify use of base sections for semantics versus functionality (Involve Sascha?)
• Look into UML diagram generation
