After #123 is merged:

Update the path of the transmission plugins in NOMAD example-oasis, IKZ oasis
Back compatibility with the existing transmission entries. Some of it might need scripts that need to be run on the oasis. Some of it can be implemented by deleting old sub-sections at the beginning of the normalizing and initializing the new ones. Also, use aliases for changes in the path (handle translational changes in the code).
