The Raman Open Database is currently down. Here just a intial draft PR to extend the functionalities
Add function to fetch a list of all possible .rod IDsEDIT:1 The database is Online Again - I could implement to download multiple files via scripts and the command lines.
As well a script was added to parse all .rod files to nexus files.
EDIT2: Several adjustments were included to extend the .rod file parsing and enable functionalities in NOMAD
