The site is rendered with github pages and Jekyll. To locally build/test the site, follow the getting started instructions here: https://jekyllrb.com/docs/ . In short, you will need to install ruby, and then the gems for "bundler" (which handles versions, etc found in the Gemfile) and "jekyll" (which handles the conversion of markdown to html.
To render locally, clone this repo, run bundle exec jekyll serve
.
Changes will be applied automatically by GitHub pages after each push.
Copies of HTML files from various analyses can be put here for rendering. The pre-commit.sh
script can be used to copy the relavent files from the relavent repositories.
You can use the editor on GitHub to maintain and preview the content for your website in Markdown files.
Whenever you commit to this repository, GitHub Pages will run Jekyll to rebuild the pages in your site, from the content in your Markdown files.

Your Pages site will use the layout and styles from the Jekyll theme you have selected in your repository settings. The name of this theme is saved in the Jekyll _config.yml
configuration file.
