OS X 10.11.6 sudo pip install moodle-sdk errors in cleanup

[p-b-west]

Running
sudo pip install moodle-sdk
results in errors during the 'Cleaning up...' phase at
Removing temporary dir /private/tmp/pip_build_root...

I assume that this does not affect the installation itself.
