mgmtd: Add to .gitignore for mgmtd_testc program

This program, mgmtd_testc, is built with the --enable-mgmtd-test-be-client configure option but it is not .gitignore'd. Let's fix that Signed-off-by: Donald Sharp <[email protected]>
