FRR with EVPN mh learning of arp/ND entries

I am facing an issue with EVPN MH. I am using a simple topology where two vteps are dual homed to a server. Server is having a bundle towards both the VTEPS.
Ipv4 and ipv6 addresses are assigned to the vlan interfaces created on bundles on all the three devices i.e. both VTEPs and the server. I am using anycast gateways at VTEP for the particular VNI and vlan in this scenario.
Now i just tried pinging the server vlan ip from one of the VTEP and arp request went to the server, but due to bundle at its end, it sent the arp reply to another vtep. This vtep which is receiving the reply did not create the neigh entry(due to arp_accept = 0) for this ip from server and hence FRR not learning and advertising this arp entry to partner VTEP.
I solved this by changing the arp_accept = 1 and now the vtep receiving the unsolicit arp reply created the neigh entry which then also synced with other vtep.
But since we do not have the ipv6 counterpart for arp_accept then how things will work in case of IPv6 address assigned towards access side.
