'show running-config' problem with vrf

Currently, "vrf" itself will not be displayed in 'show run' if there is no any other configuration in itl.

For example:

(config)# vrf xx <- The newly created vrf "xx", it doesn't have any other configuration.

Then check 'show run', it has no "vrf xx".

The behavior of vrf is very different with "interface"! Should we modify "vrf" same to "interface"?

What's the explanation? Thanks in advance.
