Currently payment mode is fixed to 8. Would you be willing to add payment mode mapping as described in https://www.gethomebank.org/help/misc-csvformat.html?

I could also give it a try but would like to have your opinion first and understand if you have ideas where to put that mapping. A new class, or as dict in class HomeBankFields?
