Can't hold Ctrl on new wood staves to open Staves book page

Issue description

Normally when you hold Ctrl on a wooden staff, it brings you to the "hexcasting:items/staff" book page, but you cannot do that with the new cherry and bamboo staffs, due to the "recipes" field in https://github.com/FallingColors/HexMod/blob/4da33f5a4000d6309305959f29f2a43ec9613b5d/Common/src/main/resources/assets/hexcasting/patchouli_books/thehexbook/en_us/entries/items/staff.json not including the new staves

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Hex Notebook in inventory
2. Hold Ctrl over a Bamboo or Cherry Staff
3. Notice how nothing happens as opposed with other staffs
