Use A,S,D,W buttons for moving around te map and mouse scroll to zoom in/out.
Left click to unit for select (you can only select units that is in your team). Right click to move or attack other teams.
Click the building you want to construct from production menu and place it to map. If you are in area that you can not place your building, building color will be red. For unit producing, just click your building, you will see producable units. Click one of them and thats it. Unit will be appear next to your building. If there is no place net to building, unit can not be produced.
