Subject: [PATCH] Delete unsupported ci

The manual activation is no longer supported by Unity.
Thus, you can not get .alf file with Action.
And you need to get .ulf file from your local PC.
In this repository, we set Ryodo Tanaka's .ulf file as UNITY_LICENSE
file.
