Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Filen Desktop on Fedora (KDE, Wayland)
  2. Open Filen
  3. Go to settings and toggle on "minimize to tray"
  4. Pin Filen Desktop to the task manager bar of KDE
  5. Close Filen so that it minimizes to tray
  6. Click on Filen in the task manager bar (nothing happens)
  7. Click on Filen in the tray bar (nothing happens)

  8. Only option to open Filen is to right click on the Filen icon in the tray bar, and to select "open"

Expected behavior
Clicking on the Filen symbol in the task manager bar or the bar with the icons for minimized applications should open Filen.

  • OS: Fedora Linux 41 (KDE Plasma) x86_64
  • Hardware configuration [e.g. CPU, RAM, DISK]:
    • AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (16) @ 5.05 GHz
    • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER [Discrete]
    • 30.48 GiB RAM
  • Filesystem and Disk type used:
  • SSD
  • Ext4
