That is because your audio output is at wrong frequency. So, set your audio output to 16-bit and proper frequency.
- Go to Windows Sound Outputs.
- Choose your output device, go to Properties.
- Advanced tab.
- Change device frequency to match yours (44.1khz or 48khz) and bitrate to 16-bit.
