Split + follow = craziness #129

If two people enable split view and turn on follow mode, crazy loops of jumping around happen. Oops.

Another problem is that highlights are sometimes not cleared.

Oh, and you can't get out of split+follow mode.

You can turn off follow mode to exit it.
