Based on early usage:

  1. It would be great to be able to auto-name the thread title. For example, rather than showing the tags, the thread could be renamed "Bob Smith discussion". Would be defined as a parameter in the embed script

  2. Make the Thread title "read only" (at least on the Live Chat side). Not urgent, because most won't know to change it, but this will eventually be needed.
