Proper Voice Messages Support

Feature description

Hi! Having support for your recipients voice messages to be played without downloading them and opening them in VLC would be a neat feature to have.

It'd also be nice if it could tell you how much you have listened to the voice recording, how much time you have left, and if you were able to scrub through the voice recording.

The main issue is that you're "downloading" (not actually) a separate audio file, storing it on your device presumably permanently and it isn't even included in any backups.

Why do you want this feature?

It would be feature parity with other messaging apps and would be really nice to have, especially if the backup features worked with them.

To be fair I looked up "Voice" "Voice Message" and didn't find anything.

Also this isn't the phone app it's the messenger so why are that referring to a voice message as a phone call.
