Drifting on superflat worlds

Superflat worlds are at the Y-60 level, and you can only drift above the Y 1 coordinates. When I tested it on a server, I could only drift above the Y 1 coordinates. I don’t want to create a new world or carry my builds up into the sky, but if you could fix it, it would be great.

The version is 1.20.1.
