n8n: Rotate Foxy API credentials when admin users' n8n permissions change

Since we're putting full store access Foxy API credentials inside n8n, we'll need to rotate them when admin user access changes.

The risk is an admin could get the client credentials from n8n, then simply use them even after their access to a store is revoked. This would obviously be a Bad Thing.
