No RF in lab

Feature request.
Is possible connect the radio TX to the RX during setup in the lab ?
I want settings the surface without the RF signal for reduce the battery use and no RF in my hand.
I think. Is possible use the Smart Port for this.

No, this is not possible.

It could be possible to implement it inside Ethos, but it needs a change on all receivers, which is something!
