I am exposing an attribute as ByteString of a few megabytes. Inadverently clicking on it in the attribute browser freezes the GUI as it tries to display it. There should be some limit of a few kB beyond which the UI will only show ellipsis.

Thanks, I remember making a method for that... Need to check it again...
