[bug]: Freshly installed system throwing error while converting uploaded audio file to .g729 format #548

Issue Description

Hi,

In freshly installed system, upload audio file in system recordings and set "Convert To" option as g729, there's an error message and file is not converted. Attached screen-shots

Same issue found in Music on hold module, screen-shot attached for reference.

Issue is observed on v17 & in v16 pbx systems also.
