Hello!

Great implementation, I've been using it to convert sample flipnotes from ppm to gif and this is REALLY fast.

While converting these flipnotes I got through 01-03 and 07 while having issues from 04-06. All of these had the following error: "speed needs to be in the range [1, 30]" and samples were the flipnotes involving "HIdden Techniques" I'll send the files through email as gh doesn't support toml's or ppm files.

I installed this tool through self-compilation and obtained the flipnotes from a decomplication effort. I was able to convert them to gif using the original python implementation still so I don't believe the ppms to be broken.
