Does input images require some special pre-processing ?

I'm getting very strange results with the face being distorted and I'm unsure if it's a matter of not being aligned better, or there's some additional step per-identity that needs to happen first
All I did here, compared to the sample Reagan and Andrew Ng sample, is to replace the input image

We utilize a script similar to FOMM video preprocessing to crop identity images and there are no other additional steps.
I guess your image is too dissimilar to the images in the training dataset of PIRenderer. This may lead to the strange results.

I got the same when the image was too large it has to be 256x256
