Pop-up mode doesn't work when opened from command line

The main reason I started using Volumey is because I can open it by opening the .exe from command line, so I can use it together with YASB (Yet Another Status Bar). However, it's slightly annoying that the mixer doesn't go into the pop-up mode when opened from the .exe, so I have to close it manually. Not the end of the world, but... yea...
