I always find it easier to just drag the file and drop it in the program and open it instead of going to the file and open it or go to file -> open or even the shortcut

This functionality is working in the v2.8 release copy I have on my local machine here at the office. What versions do you have for:

CodeQuickTester (.ahk or .exe build, release version number)

AutoHotkey (ANSI or Unicode, 32 or 64 bit, Main or _H fork, release number)

Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10 1803, 10 1909, etc. Home, Pro, Enterprise, etc)

E.g. I'm using CodeQuickTester_v2.8.ahk with AutoHotkey U64 1.1.33.2 on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2.

Sorry for responding late...
I'm using CodeQuickTester_v2.8.exe with AutoHotkey (Sry, How to know if its ANSI or Unicode, Main or _H fork??!) 1.1.33.02 64 bit on Windows 10 Pro 20H1.
