Please add GAM to scoop, a package manager on Windows written in pure Powershell that focuses on CLI programs not needing admin rights to install and run at all. This would be convenient as an alternative installation method.

PRs are welcome. I have no experience with scoop so this is unlikely to be a priority for the project.
