Modify Bulk Add in project Members button to just Add #1670

A user just pointed out that it is unclear that someone can use Bulk Add to just add one member and the Invite option (also Bulk invite) does not have the same convenient workflow.

So on the Members page for a project just give two options:
"Add new members", "Invite new members"

Is this anything more than relabeling the button from "Bulk Add New Members" to "Add New Members" on the "Members" tab on the project page?
