SamPy is an agent-based modeling (ABM) simulation toolkit for infectious disease epidemiology. There is some interest from @tpoisot @Beasley015 (and others in a working group I believe) for turning their workflows into BiaB pipelines.

This would also be a good run for more what cpu intensive use-cases of BiaB can look like (in terms of distributed/parallelization) as ABMs can get pretty computationally intensive.

I was just with ­@Beasley105 talking about this - I agree, and this is something that's part of the plan for the OneHealth WG anyway
