SamPy is an agent-based modeling (ABM) simulation toolkit for infectious disease epidemiology. There is some interest from @tpoisot@Beasley015 (and others in a working group I believe) for turning their workflows into BiaB pipelines.
This would also be a good run for more what cpu intensive use-cases of BiaB can look like (in terms of distributed/parallelization) as ABMs can get pretty computationally intensive.
