Is it possible to have the same application only as a client, so that the server uses VPN?
add the ability to choose how the server works 1. as a client 2. as a vpn

It is possible to connect to the other VPN with the xui as a client ,and use it. (xray configs> outbounds / inbounds /routing rules) or reverse proxy
and even test and use it inside the server.

You must make inbound (config: vless/vmess) for use as client!
address config: youdomain,ip, or local 127.0.0.1 : your config port
