Instant OCAT crash #54
Comments
Thanks for the report. I could repro the issue on a Win7 system. Looking for a solution now :) |
Could you please try out this version? OCAT should be able to start successfully on a Win7 system. Please let me know if it works for you. |
Hi, sorry for the slow response. I can't even install this version (my Avast stopped the install temporarily, butthen it said everything is OK). Log: [1C40:1C50][2019-01-12T12:29:56]i001: Burn v3.11.0.1701, Windows v6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1), path: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp{8738973D-E611-4EE5-B57C-BDD74474BB22}.cr\OCAT_1.3.0.197.exe |
Here's a log of the crash I am having when using the linked version: |
I got it to work by recompiling the latest source of the dev branch. |
I just downloaded OCAT and installed it. The install went w/o any problem. When I try to start it, it crashes at once.

I did not find any information about required Op system. I tried on:
W7 Professional 64
.net FW 4.7.2
GTX 1080Ti, latest driver (actually I just put this in my computer, and wanted to capture some Vulkan gameplay from X4: Foundations)
