When I have it showing its overlay in all programs, it causes HPS2x64 (available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/hpsx64/files/Source/v0241/) to not work properly and also causes itself to crash by doing the following:

  1. Run OCAT and start the overlay.
  2. Open HPS2x64.exe (located in the directory you extracted the archive's contents to).
  3. Click File, Load, Bios.

After doing that, the emulator should freeze when trying to show the File Selection Dialog Box and after a few seconds, OCAT will then crash.

That was tried in Windows 7. When I tried doing the same in Windows 10, it doesn't crash but also doesn't display the overlay.

Hey, I just had a quick look, and it seems like the emulator uses OpenGL for rendering? OCAT does not support the overlay for OpenGL, so it would be expected that it doesn't get displayed.

I haven't tried to run it on Windows 7 yet, though, to check the crash.
