Remove unneeded code (e.g. simd directory) and split utils in GR-related ones and non-GR related ones.

Yes, also:

  • Remove ChiRelaxation as we now have IC Solver
  • Remove InitialConditions folder and move BH data into BH folder
  • Remove Doxygen (please!)
