What/Why

Static pages proxy through the rails app, but that proxy cannot currently navigate the egress proxy to reach the pages CDN

Related to #31 and #1445

  • Static pages load when public egress is disabled

Out of Scope

Any network traffic beyond the fallback rails controller to the cloud.gov pages content
