Crying Obsidian and Obelisks do not work outside overworld

Being able to respawn in the dimension I activated Natura's Obelisk or Thaumic Bases' Crying Obsidian, allowing for seamless gameplay flow

The Reality

Wherever player activates their Obelisk/Crying obsidian, they always respawn in Overworld

Your Proposal

There has to be a way to respawn outside overworld and yet every single method is currently broken.
