How do i make it work whit immersive portals pls help

if you mean Teleport as the command, no it doesn't, if you mean Teleport as in going though a portal, its a config, if you wanna make it work with immersive portal scroll to the last item in miscellaneous creative tab, there should be a stick that enables Gravity Changing
