manual installation script syntax of three commands wrong

During execution of the manual installation script after the output of the line
"Utilities for managing application configuration"
three times the explanation for the usage "galacticad config [command]" appears,
so the syntax of the following three commands are wrong:

config and init app

galacticad config node tcp://localhost:${GALACTICA_PORT}657
galacticad config keyring-backend os
galacticad config chain-id galactica_9302-1

However I was not able to figure it out on the command line either.
