Enable account validation with the official servers.

Proposal by ACB: Disable 'oldauth' functionality, let the client do the portal-server login process and handle the new CtoLS PortalLogin packet instead of the usual AccountLogin packet. Optionally test if the session token is correct. (This should always be the case if the client managed to get a LS connection, as circumventing the portal login process comes with a lot of issues and using the 'oldauth' parameter will conflict with the GWLPR server if correctly configured)
