Add Windows Port Configuration.

Add Windows Port configuration. Should enable ports and should be compatable with standard windows firewall settings.

Support for temporary port enabling and disabling.
Support for SMB
Support for SSH
Support for SQL
Support for MySQL
and any others that might come up.

Create a separate menu items list for these settings because this will be cumbersome for the help section to show all these options.

I recommend that you move the ports settings into separate cmd files and directories.
