The txtCompare.vbs file does not have proper command line optional parameters.

Needs to pick up --help --regularexpression and --StringCompare

Add command-line parameters to check:
-file
-date
-convert
Date Month Year email
-int
-long
-time
-count
Instances etc.

Out to file in ini form.
-outfile
-outdir
-outtype
cmd ini csv XML json hybrid sol etc
