clhelper.bat is not thread safe;
Running 10,000 instances of clhelper.bat caused the clhelper.ini settings to be lost and corrupted.

Not sure what can be done to alleviate this, other than creating backups. I am open to suggestions.

Add a function to store things in registry for recovery or backup file.
