Missing .dll file #2

Just went in and downloaded the 1.5 update compatible download, but when I go to start smapi it gives me the following errors:

If I only download and place the folder titled Adopt-Skin-3.0.0 into the Mods folder
[SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game.

[SMAPI] - Adopt-Skin-3.0.0 because it contains files, but none of them are manifest.json.

If I pull the AdoptSkin folder out into it's own folder in the Mods folder:
[SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game.

[SMAPI] - Adopt & Skin 3.2.0-beta.1.2 because its DLL 'AdoptSkin.dll' doesn't exist.

I didn't see either of these issues brought up in the faq, so I figured I would post the problem here.
