The cubic chunks delete the building

I created a world with some of my friends without inserting the cubic chunks at the beginning, we built a lot but then we realized the height limit and we decided to insert the mod but once inserted and started the world all the constructions disappeared, there is a way to ensure that the buildings remain because we need the cubic chunks but we do not want to lose all our buildings.
