Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's too easy to get lots of plank blocks.

Describe the solution you'd like
How about having a plank craftitem?
When 4 of them are assembled you can get the normal, placeable plank block.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Well, the usual plank block could do the job, but it's somewhat over usable.
