Motion has a lot of effects available and we want to incorporate one of them for the new version of the library.

This will mean the recreation of it. Mainly first in Kite and then porting it over to the library code.

@DaemonLoki I have created flower and bubble effects in Kite. I still need to refine them. We need to select 1 and implement it in the effects library when I am done.
