Get iPlayer Automator 1.8.0

Note: Programs older than 7 days will not appear in search. One must manually add their PID or utilize the 'Use Current Webpage feature'.

New App Icons thanks to Gordon Cooper
Fix downloading of shows older than 7 days.
Fix hiding of downloaded shows in search.
Improve visibility of PVR buttons in Yosemite.
Improve name retrieval for PID-only programs.
