investigate why DeVouch is overusing RPC on staging/sepolia

Our RPC usage on Sepolia is much higher than that of Optimism, MORE THAN 10X, causing overage charges for our RPC provider. We should investigate why this is happening and provide a fix

DeVouch staging is overloading our RPC (it started to ramp up on October 30th) - can a @Developer take a look - please please

I believe the issue is not related to the code, as there’s no difference between the staging and production setups. It might be linked to the SQD public gateway for Ethereum Sepolia, as I understand it relies on RPC calls when data isn’t available within its network(SQD Network).
