The user here is incorrectly attributed as "him/her". Their profile contains the following text:

If client says "I have X problem" you have to remote connection/call/etc with him/her = when there's absolutely no problem - I checked those "errors" and most of the time, they're wrong and don't reply. I have problems with this...

Since incorrect information is a big problem, more so than not showing information when there should be any, it's probably best to ignore cases like this where male and female pronouns are mixed. Users who do want to specify such a combination can always use the explicit syntax:

Pronouns: he/she/they.
